Registrations for presenters of accepted abstracts and for accepted posters

Opening: 16th March 2026 (in-person only for presenters)
Deadline: 29th March 2026 – deadline by which presenting authors must be registered for inclusion in the program

Travel assistance application for students and participants residing in Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) as defined by the World Bank.

Virtual Participation

Virtual participation is available at tiered rates. A Full Fee of €100 applies to general attendees, while a Reduced Fee of €70 is offered to students. Additionally, a highly subsidized rate of €20 is available specifically for students and participants residing in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded only if the cancellation request is received in writing at info-uptake@cmcc.it by 10 May 2026.

For cancellation requests received after 10 May 2026, no refund will be provided.

In case of a visa refusal, a refund will be issued upon presentation of the relevant documentation.

No refunds will be issued in the case of no-shows.

If the Organisers are unable to deliver the event in the format originally envisaged (hybrid, with in‑person and online participation) and are forced to hold it fully online or to cancel it due to force‑majeure circumstances—including acts of God, outbreaks of severe contagious disease, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualties, major strikes, labour difficulties, shortages of labour, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond their reasonable control—the Organisers shall not be liable for any resulting damages and shall not refund registration fees. In the event that the in‑person component is cancelled, the Organisers will make their best efforts to move the event fully online and provide presentations remotely.
